Broadway Park Phase 2
An extension to a successful residential park project, continuing infrastructure, roads and landscaping work.
HFN operated as Principle Contractor for these additional park works on a successful site previously creating Phase 1.
Being a popular site in the Heart of the Cotswolds, equidistant to the major towns of Cheltenham, Stratford on Avon and Worcester, Phase 1 quickly reached maximum uptake and Phase 2 was provided, promoting continuous interest in residential park properties.
- Additional quantities of bases laid including all service coneections to mains, service ducts and pipes.
- Extra drainage system installed to cover road locations with linkage to existing and creation of additional inspection chambers and road crossings re-instatements.
- Trenching and pulling services provided for main service companies, gas, electricity, mains water and B.T.
- Roads installed providing access to all bases insitu utilising gullies to ensure water dissipation and trapped to keep environment pleasant.
